As a progressive and caring employer, you work hard to provide a positive work environment designed to bring out the best in your team. But even the best workplaces struggle to help employees suffering from mental health challenges when symptoms go unrecognized. As well, most front line managers are unsure what they can or should do.
Montridge has partnered with Morneau Shepell for a half-day workshop designed to provide front line managers and HR personnel with the tools to:
- Recognise the link between mental health issues and behaviour and performance issues.
- Learn their role and responsibilities in helping to manage and support an employee with a mental health issue.
- Follow a process for helping someone who may be exhibiting symptoms.
