Prior to joining Montridge, Doug began his career in 2017 working with one of Canada’s largest insurers, specializing in financial analysis and policy administration of employee benefits plans.
Doug’s hybrid role involves consultation, administrative assistance, and educational support for our clients. He also works with individuals seeking personal health, life, and disability insurances. With the goal in mind to provide innovative resources and tools that support the daily lives of his clients and their employees, he delivers a tailored experience to help attract and retain talent while delivering on organizational goals.
He is certified under the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) designation and currently working towards his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, who can be found testing his luck on the golf course or cheering on the Vancouver Canucks and Seattle Seahawks.
