Kandy, a Montridge partner, has been with the company since 2002. Prior to joining Montridge, she worked in management positions with some of Canada’s largest insurers and consulting firms.
Specializing in employee benefits, she serves clients of all sizes and industries with commitment and a values-based approach.
Kandy has chaired numerous committees for the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS), and is Past President of the BC Chapter. She is also a member of IFEBP, CHPR, CPBI, and sits on numerous industry-related boards and committees.
